10 Ways to Spike the Punch bowl...

Welcome to the Front Porch! Hope you brought your sleepin' bags cuz you won't be drivin' home in this weather!!

When there's a chill out, to the point where yer losin' faith in Al Gore and his gang of stooge scientists, it's good to have some conversation starters; to turn the temps up, so to speak. Make sure there's at least one college diplima-certified liberal at your party when you drop a couple of these. Otherwise it's like Fizzies in an empty glass. Or Pez without a dispenser!

10 questions that Make you go "Hmmmm...

1. Are politicians THAT stupid, or do they merely believe YOU'RE that stupid?

2. In the BRAVE NEW WORLD, will you drive a Bentley, or share a burro with the "equal" folks?

3. Since man is too ignorant and savage to rule himself, does it make sense for "other" ignorant, savage men to rule him? Why bother with democracy?

4. Whaddya' think, another $18,000 per student will make our kids geniuses, regardless of what's standing in front of them in the classroom?

5. How many more times must Glenn Beck be right about future events before he's considered at least as smart as Rosie O'Donnell?

6. Are you one of the nation's dumbasses who can't understand why looting the resources of productive people and giving part (sly grin) of the booty to the non-productive, will magically result in more prosperity for all of us?

7. Does theft become charity (or 'investment') when YOU select the 'benefactors' and beneficiaries?

8. Is elder-trashing part of the campaign to erase history?

9. When you add in the the US taxpayer funded foreign aid, US taxpayer funded defense, end-line purchaser funded shipping, what does oil drilled elsewhere really cost? As if anyone gave a rat's "A", what could have been accomplished by private citizens with that money?

10. Why does the opposition in sports or opposing American political commentators arouse a more visceral response than 7th century savagery, 21st century institutionalized child neglect (by stuffing kids into public indoctrination facilities and calling it education), etc.?

Well, dropping on or two of these into the punch bowl should keep things lively!!

So what say you?

The Clown Warned us....

Dang the sub-freezing temps!! Full-speed ahead at the FP. Bring yer 'lectric dog!!

Remember? (Reprint from 5/10 FP)

Judging the message by the messenger.
Just as there are hard-core deniers of anything Glenn Beck, Ayn Rand or Rush Limbaugh might warn about, even after establishing a track record of astonishing accuracy, there was another person to whom no attention was paid at the time he foretold what it would be like when the current President took controls.

And he was dead on. Unfortunately, since his comedic reputation preceded him, no one, from Conservatives to State-run Media, paid any attention whatsoever.

After the '08 election, but before transition of power, Obama's court jester, Joe Biden, observed matter of factly that what they were going to do would be of epic, and initially divisive proportions. Remember? He wondered aloud at how well his base would hold together when the shit hit the fan and public opinion cratered. This prediction coming from the soon-to-be US Vice President!!

You may also recall it was merely reported en passant at the time. As far as I know, no one from the wizened curmudgeons on the right to the worshipful moonbats on the left bothered to even ask Biden what, specifically, were they planning to do?

Would love to see Biden's pre-inauguration musings run again somewhere in the media. Won't be happenin'....

NIA: The College 'Education' Scam

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for joining us at the Front Porch. The following NIA article is a humdinger. It takes guts to confront this issue...

----------------

College Bubble Set to Burst in 2011

The National Inflation Association believes that the United States has a college education bubble that is set to burst beginning in mid-2011. This bursting bubble will have effects that are even more far-reaching than the bursting of the Real Estate bubble in 2006. College education could possibly be the largest scam in U.S. history.

NIA's advice to the youth of America today is to think for yourselves. Don't get suckered into overpaying for a college degree that is worthless because everyone else has one. College is only worth attending if you plan on actually learning something there. If you are only going to college because you think a piece of paper is going to help you find a job, you would be much better off skipping college and entering the workforce right now at any entry level job. Your experience will benefit you more than any piece of paper.

The median U.S. home price is currently $170,600, down 26% from its peak of $230,200 in July of 2006. The Dow Jones is currently 11,672, down 18% from its peak of 14,198 in October of 2007. Oil is currently $91 per barrel, down 38% from its peak of $147 per barrel in July of 2008. After the financial panic of 2008, the U.S. saw a collapse in the prices of just about all assets, goods, services, and commodities. Between lost stock market and home equity wealth, Americans lost $10.2 trillion in paper wealth in 2008, and have only recouped a fraction of it since then.

College is the only thing in America that never declined in price during the panic of 2008. It actually rose in price substantially. The annual tuition for a private four-year college was $21,235 in the 2005-2006 school year. Despite Real Estate beginning to collapse in late-2006, college tuition rose by 4.6% in the 2006-2007 school year to $22,218. Despite the stock market beginning to collapse in late-2007, college tuition rose by 6.7% in the 2007-2008 school year to $23,712. Despite oil and other commodities collapsing in late-2008, college tuition rose by 6.2% in the 2008-2009 school year to $25,177. Even after the Dow Jones crashed to a low in early-2009 of 6,469, college tuition still rose by 4.4% in the 2009-2010 school year to $26,273.

Annual tuition for a private four-year college in America is now $27,293, up 29% from five years ago. Meanwhile, the employment situation in the U.S. has deteriorated. There are currently 130.7 million non-farm jobs in America, down 3% from 134.5 million U.S. non-farm jobs in December 2005. 3.8 million jobs have been lost, while the U.S. population has grown by approximately 14 million people during the same time period. We would need to have seen the creation of 6.7 million non-farm jobs just to stay even, but now we are 10.5 million jobs short.

All across America, thousands of students are graduating law school each year with $250,000 in debt, but with no jobs at law firms available to them. 15,000 attorney and legal staff jobs have disappeared since 2008, yet 43,000 law degrees are being handed out each year. Law degrees are losing their value faster than the U.S. dollar is losing its purchasing power. Lawyers are non-producing workers that do nothing to create any real wealth for society. The artificially high incomes of lawyers are made possible entirely by inflation, which steals the wealth from hard working goods producing middle-class Americans and transfers it to those who add no real value to society.

The service sector currently makes up 76.9% of the U.S. GDP. Agriculture, which in 1933 made up 28% of GDP, currently makes up only 1.2% of GDP. The wealth of any country is primarily created at first from the production of food, oil, and precious metals. Secondly, wealth is created from the manufacturing of real consumer goods. After a country generates wealth by producing real things and builds a large domestic pool of savings, it can begin growing a service based economy, just so long as it has enough savings to support it.

During the past decade, an unprecedented number of Americans went to school to become lawyers, because they thought if they became a lawyer they would immediately become rich. 60% of the U.S. Senate and 37% of the House of Representatives are lawyers. The reason we have so many lawyers in Washington is so that they can pass as many new harmful laws and regulations as possible, in order to provide enough work for all of their lawyer friends. All of the needless legislation that is passed each year in order to provide work for lawyers, has the devastating unintended consequence of destroying what little is left of the free market. Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, but it is now nearly impossible for a small businessman with limited financial resources to build a large successful corporation in any sector, because their legal costs would eat up all of their profits.

Many law students got suckered into going to law school due to deceptive marketing practices. Some law schools are advertising that 90% of graduates are employed within one year of graduating. Sure, maybe 90% of law school graduates were employed a year later, with half of them working at McDonald's, but no law school degree is required for that. Schools are using dozens of unethical tactics to manipulate their numbers while encouraging alumni to falsify the surveys they fill out about their employment situation. Just like we are now seeing countless class action lawsuits against mortgage companies that misled customers about the loans they signed up for, we will soon see a massive number of lawsuits filed against colleges that lied about their job placement rates and average starting salaries of graduates. (At least there will be some work for law school graduates.)

Most Americans today are sheep who believe that the key to success and happiness in life is following the same career paths as everybody else. While everybody went to school to become a lawyer, nobody went to school to become a farmer because Americans didn't see any money in farming. With prices of nearly all agricultural commodities soaring through the roof in 2010 and with NIA expecting this trend to continue throughout 2011, the few new farmers out there are going to become rich while lawyers are standing at street corners with cups begging for money.

The college tuition bubble has been fueled by the U.S. government's willingness to give out easy student loans to anybody who applies for them. If it wasn't for government student loans, the free market would force colleges to provide the best quality education at the lowest possible price. By the government trying to make colleges more affordable, they have actually driven prices through the roof. Colleges have been encouraged to spend recklessly on wasteful construction projects, building new libraries, gyms, sports arenas, housing units, etc. Colleges spent $10.7 billion on construction projects in 2009. Although this is down from an average of $14.7 billion per year colleges spent on construction projects from 2005 to 2007, colleges are still struggling to pay off their old construction related debt. When interest rates start to rise, it will add further upside pressure to college tuition prices.

College students borrowed $106 billion in total student loans for the 2009-2010 school year, up from $96 billion in 2008-2009, $94 billion in 2007-2008, $87 billion in 2006-2007, and $83 billion in 2005-2006. Total student loan debt in the U.S. currently stands at $830 billion and now exceeds credit card debt. President Obama's new student loan bill that was passed last year now makes the government the primary lender to students. By taking the free market out of the student loan business and allowing students to receive loans from the government at artificially low interest rates, colleges will be encouraged to spend more recklessly than ever. None of this wasteful spending is doing anything to improve the quality of education in America.

Over a year ago when NIA was filming 'The Dollar Bubble' in Los Angeles, violent riots broke out at UCLA over a 32% increase in college tuitions (from $7,788 to $10,302). We went to the protest in order to video tape the shocking footage to show you. While we were there we remember thinking to ourselves, why on earth are these students protesting at all? If tuitions are rising by 32% and they are unhappy about it, why don't they quietly and peacefully enroll someplace else for college next semester. If not enough students enroll into UCLA, the university will be forced to either dramatically cut their costs or shut down. UCLA decided to completely ignore the riots and went ahead with the 32% rise in tuitions. Did the students decide to enroll someplace else? Nope, most of them simply took out larger student loans and went back to UCLA. In fact, UCLA reported that they received a record amount of freshman applicants for the next semester.

With all of the technological advancements taking place around the world today, the cost for a college education should be getting cheaper. Americans today can purchase just about any type of product they want over the Internet for substantially less than they can find it in a retail store. When the U.S. dollar collapses and the college bubble bursts, NIA predicts we will see a boom in online education where Americans take all of their courses over the Internet from the comfort of their own home at a fraction of the cost of traditional college.

Later this year, NIA is going to be producing a documentary about America's college education crisis and the college tuition bubble that is about to burst. In the weeks ahead, NIA is going to begin searching for people who deserve to be featured in our documentary. If you are a college student, a recent college graduate, or a current or ex-college professor with an extremely shocking, interesting, and important story that the whole world needs to know about in what will be the most viewed college documentary in world history, please send an email to collegebubble@inflation.us. We would also love to hear from any NIA member who has any ideas of topics that we should cover in this new documentary. Please send all ideas and suggestions to collegebubble@inflation.us.

This will truly be one of the most important documentaries NIA has ever produced. We need to change the mindset in America that only those with college degrees have any chance of becoming successful. Americans have become so brainwashed that even after graduating college with over $50,000 in debt and not being able to find a job, many of them are wasting even more years of their life and getting even deeper into debt to attend a graduate school, for a master's degree that is just as worthless as a bachelor's degree. It is like comparing a $10 bill (master's degree) to a $1 bill (bachelor's degree), they are both worthless pieces of paper with no intrinsic value.

NIA believes that any recent high school graduate with $30,000 saved for college who invests that money into silver and becomes a minimum wage apprentice for the next 4 years, will likely have enough money in 4 years to buy a median priced U.S. home. Not only that, but they will have work place experience that is far more valuable than the worthless college degrees of any of their friends. We must work hard to educate America to the truth if our country is going to have the wherewithal to survive the upcoming bursting college bubble and Hyperinflationary Great Depression.

It is important to spread the word about NIA to as many people as possible, as quickly as possible, if you want America to survive hyperinflation. Please tell everybody you know to become members of NIA for free immediately at: http://inflation.us

This ol' fart...

THIS OL' FART
(to the tune of "This Ole House")

This ol' fart once raised his children
This ol' fart once loved his wife
And he kept his family safe
As they fought the storms of life.

And while he went to work each day
Just to keep the the ends all met
He gladly gave half of his pay
To all taxmen he met.

Now his arthritis is disabling
And his bones have gotten slight...
Now he has some trouble hearing
And his eyes don't see the light

He may not recognize you
When you visit his small room
His blanket may drop to the floor
As the winter shadows loom

So he's really not too useful
As the world around him turns
As the Death Panel has told us
"No more meds" for him we learn.

And they say...

"Ain't a gonna need this fart no longer
Ain't a gonna need this fart no more
Ain't got time to fix his shingles
Ain't got time to salve his sores

"Ain't got time for an operation
That would give him six months more
Ain't got time to waste resources
That's what "reallocation's" for."

The family lowers his blinds softly
And slowly leave his room
They say that they'll see him again
When the roses are in bloom.

And the Death Panels march on
They, too, leave this fart behind,
As they decide who's born or dies
While out of sight is out of mind...

It's O.K.

"It's O.K." Magic words or PC gobbledegook? The following passage from Wally Minto's COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING IN RELATIONSHIPS shows you a practical way to unlock your creative problem-solving powers, that are often bound up in fear, envy and self-doubt.

----

IT'S O.K.

"To help you give up your fear of being wrong, I would like to share with you another concept from THE RESULTS BOOK. It is also one of the world's greatest problem-solving concepts. To use this problem-solving concept, all you need to do is simply understand that all problems are O.K. Every problem you have is O.K. The problem, itself, is O.K.; and it's O.K. for you to be experiencing the problem. It's O.K. if you are overweight. It's O.K. if you can't pay your bills. If you want to solve your problems, you must first realize your problems are O.K.

"The reason problems must be O.K. is because your brain operates under the law 'As you believe, so shall it be done.' Your brain is a computer-like guidance mechanism and it guides you according to the beliefs you have programmed it with; however there are different degrees of belief. What are some of things you believe in? You might answer God, gravity, myself, night and day. These are things we might all believe in, but there are things we believe in more strongly than any of these. The simple truth is that the things we believe in more strongly than anything else are the things we fear. I will guarantee you, if you are walking down a narrow path through the woods and you come face to face with a grizzly bear, you are going to believe in that grizzly bear more strongly than you ever believed in God or gravity or yourself or anything else. If you believed in God that strongly, you would be getting answers to all your prayers, but you've probably never prayed with that much energy and emotion. You see, fear is the same thing as belief, except that you put more energy and emotion into something you fear, and so it becomes a stronger belief.

"You believe in God. You believe in yourself. You believe in gravity. That is believing. Then there is really believing, and really believing is worrying about something. Worrying about being overweight or being depressed is simply really believing in being fat or being unhappy. And then there is really, really believing. And the things in life you really, really believe in are the things in life you fear. If you have a fear of being in debt or being in darkness, you simply really, really believe in being broke or you really, really believe in the bogeyman. Realize that you use the same faculties of your brain-mind functioning to believe in God as you use to fear the dentist, except that when your believing reaches the degree of fear, you are putting more energy and more emotion into it, so it becomes a stronger belief.

"If you can grasp the fact that worry and fear are the strongest forms of believing, and as you believe so shall it be done unto you, then you will understand how allowing your problems to be O.K. will solve 90% of your problems in life without even directing any attention to the problem. What makes this work is so simple . Have you ever worried about something or feared something if you knew it was O.K.? No! If something is O.K. you do not worry about it or fear it. I wish that I could explain this to you in very intricate, complicated terms. Then you might say, 'Oh, it's simple; I understand it.' Well I apologize. I can't complicate it. This concept is so simple I can't make it difficult for you.

"The reason you have failed to reach many of your goals in life is because you have not been aware that worry and fear are the strongest forms of belief. It doesn't do you any good to go on a diet and starve yourself believing you are going to lose weight and then spend the rest of the day worrying about gaining weight, because what you are really doing is believing in gaining weight. There is an ancient message, 'That which I feared the most came upon me.' What the message is really saying is, that which I really, really believed in happened to me.

"Worry and fear are mostly subconscious functions. If you are deeply in debt and cannot pay your bills, you do not have to write yourself little notes to remind yourself to worry about your bills. You automatically worry about them whether you consciously remind yourself or not.

"If you almost have an auto accident, you don't consciously say to yourself, 'I've been frightened so now I'll experience fear.' You automatically experience the fear without consciously thinking about it...

"...If you consciously desire and strive to lose weight, and yet, at the same time, you are constantly worrying about gaining weight, the greater energy of worry is making a predominant brain cell pattern for gaining weight. That predominant pattern is then controlled by the subconscious mind as an attitude or habit of gaining weight. So ultimately you have the conscious mind saying 'I must lose weight!' and the subconscious mind saying 'I must gain weight' and which usually wins? Yes, the subconscious mind.

"You have probably experienced the frustration, the depression, the tension of that battle going on between your conscious desires and your subconscious habits. How many times have you said yourself, 'I don't know why I keep doing this. I really don't want to, but I can't seem to stop.' Haven't you found yourself constantly praying to stop something and at the same time worrying to keep it going---praying to get out of debt and worrying to stay in debt, praying to lose weight and worrying to gain weight.

"If you allow your problems to be O.K. just the way they are, then your subconscious mind will stop worrying about them or stop fearing them. This allows your subconscious mind to stop really, really belieivng in your problems. Then the conscious desire has a chance to become a reality. In other words, by eliminating worry and fear, you allow your mind to see answers instead of problems...

"...If all of your brain-mind-body energy is focused on the problem, you will not see the answers. WORRY SIMPLY DEVELOPS A HABIT OF HAVING OR DOING OR BEING WHAT YOU ARE WORRYING ABOUT.

"Remember, I said that if you allow all of your problems to be O.K., this will solve 90% of the problems in your life without even being concerned with the problem. The other 10% you must objectively do something about as well as know that they are O.K. If you go out to get in your car and it has a flat tire, you can sit down beside your car and say 'It's O.K., O.K., O.K.' as long as you want and the tire will still be flat. This is one of the problems that fall in that 10% that you must objectively do something to solve, and yet if it's O.K. for you to have a flat tire, you have solved 90% of the problem of a flat tire. If you allow 10% of your problems that you have to physically, objectively solve to be O.K., it will solve 90% of each one of them...

"...When you start using this concept, start with yourself, because if you are not O.K., then nothing else in the world is O.K. Have you noticed that when you are not O.K., then nothing else is O.K. When you are filled with happiness, when you are O.K., the whole universe, and everything in it, is O.K. SO START WITH YOURSELF BEING O.K....

" ...As you begin to allow your little problems in life to be O.K. and you see them dissolve and dissapate, you will understand how you may use the O.K. concept to solve any rpoblems in life, big or small. You will understand it really is O.K. to be disappointed or depressed, to be discouraged or unhappy. It really is O.K.if you are ugly or too fat or too skinny. It's O.K. to be unhappily married or in debt. It's O.K. to be ill or even to be an alcoholic. As you allow your problems to be O.K. you will understand that this allows your subconscious mind to stop worrying about or fearing the problem and allows the conscious mind to focus upon the answer. Once you realize you are O.K. just the way you are, you will have found a beautiful freedom to change and become anything you desire. This is simply because your subconscious mind will stop believing in your hang-ups...

"...understand that allowing the problem to be O.K. is simply a way of releasing the problem. It does not mean that allowing the problem to be O.K. is agreeing to live with the problem the rest of your life...

"...This O.K. concept is not new to you. You have already used this concept to solve some of your biggest problems in life. When you faced a problem and knew there was nothing you could do about it, there was nothing you could do to change the situation, many times you have said, 'Well there is nothing I can do about it, so I guess it's O.K.' And what happened? Most often this caused you to stop worrying about the problem and the problem dissolved and disappeared...

"...Now you might ask, 'If the whole world is O.K., and all problems are O.K., just the way they are, then why change? Why put out any effort? Why do anything at all?' There is no reason to do anything, there is no reason to change, unlesss you want to experience something different than you are experiencing now. If you are experiencing an unhappy marriage and instead you would like to experience a happy marriage, then, of course, you must change. If you want the change to take place without frustration and without problems...then you must first realize that it is O.K. to be experiencing an unhappy marriage now. This will allow your subconscious mind and those people around you the freedom to begin experiencing a happy marriage.

"PLEASE UNDERSTAND, ALLOWING EVERYTHING TO BE O.K. DOES NOT STOP CHANGE AND PROGRESS ; INSTEAD IT ALOWS PERFECT CHANGE AND PROGRESS TO TAKE PLACE WITHOUT PROBLEMS. If the problem is not O.K., this forces you to keep the problem in your mind and you take the problem into the future...

"...But what if someone takes unfair advantage of me---is that O.K.? Sure it's O.K. if someone takes unfair advantage of you. If you had allowed it to be O.K. before it happened, it probably would never have happened. Haven't you noticed that the people who are always worried (really believing) that someone is going to take advantage of them are the ones who are usually taken advantage of? Even more important is understanding you are O.K. and so it's O.K. to do someting about it. It's O.K. for you to do something to make them stop taking advantage of you. You see, the whole Universe is O.K. When you only use the concept halfway, you only get half the results. When you say it's O.K. for someone to take unfair advantage of you, but it's not O.K. for you to do something about it, you are only using it halfway...Allowing it to be O.K. for people to take advantage of you does not guarantee that no one will. However, it does stop you from believing that everyone is going to take advantage of you and, consequently, fewer people do. LETTING IT BE O.K. TO FAIL DOES NOT GUARANTEE SUCCESS, BUT IT WILL STOP YOU FROM BELIEVING IN FAILURE, WHICH WILL CERTAINLY MAKE YOUR SUCCESS A LOT EASIER.

"If your problems are not O.K., then through your worry or fear or guilt or anger or anger or resentment or depression, your subconscious mind keeps the problems with you day after day. If you allow the problem to be O.K. then the subconscious mind releases it and leaves the problem behind. When you leave the problem behind, it naturally causes things to start changing, and soon you have your answer.

"...start with small problems...the little things that frustrate or worry you. As you see these small problems dissolve and disappear, you will understand how you can use this concept on larger problems. You will understand how you can apply it to your fears and phobias. You will understand how you can even apply it to state, country, and world problems. If you start using the concept with big problems in the beginning, many times the impossibility seems so great you lose your perspective before you even get started...

"...The most important reason for applying the O.K. concept is to eliminate fear, worry, guilt, and judgment. Fear, worry, guilt and judging are four of the most destructive forces there are. If you allow yourself and your problems to be O.K., you eliminate the need of worry, fear, guilt and judgment from your life.

"The reason there is so much power in realizing that yourself and your problems, and everyone else and the whole world are O.K. is because letting it be O.K. is a lot closer to love than what you have been calling love. How many times have you said to your husband or wife or parents or children or boyfriend or girlfriend, 'I love you anyway.' What you are really saying is, 'You are not O.K. but I love you anyway.' And friends, that is not love. Instead, when you can say to your friends, to your family, to your enemies, 'You are O.K. just the way you are ,' that is love.'"

Sometimes people ask me if this or that 'works for me.' I had the privilege and pleasure seeing of Wally live this and benefit therefrom in his last beautiful years. I saw the 'miracles' first handhand. Only they weren't 'miracles.' They were the intentional results of a loving understanding of life...

Oh, by the way, it works for me as well--- like gangbusters. Like other worthwhile techniques and knowledge, it is a discipline, and the user benefits from occasional reviews to stay on track. jg

We're havin' snacks tonight on the Front Porch. Find something you like below and dig in!! These blurbs were originally posted by me recently on Facebook.

Did you live in a neighborhood near a boorish family, whose overgrown lawn was trash-strewn , house in disrepair, kids were the most unruly, unkempt, thieving, thuggish brats on the block? This neighbor was first to complain about your idle mower in the front yard, 'noise' coming from everyone's kids playin' backyard ball...and was indignant or first to call police...? Remind you of the Federal Government?

----

Remember the most feared words we can hear,"We're from the government, and we're here to help you." Obama's BS about "strengthening the middle class" should make you want to hide the children.
And don't forget, as a globalist and redistributionist, we are in the wealthiest 1-2% on earth. He has his eye on all our stuff, including, therefore, our freedom. Don't say he didn't tell us...

Do you know folks who can't make the historical connection between new, and therefore expensive. technology and medical advances, and their eventual assimilation, at lower prices into a free market society? Bless these folks' hearts if they're merely ignorant, shoot them if their opposition to advancement comes from envy of those who can afford it.

Helpful hint: get more done this New Year! Make a list of your lists
of things to do. Select the top five lists you would tackle if you had to narrow down your choices. From that list-list, pick the five most important items from each. List them separately. Prioritize that list. Select five things you most want to do. Throw away this list. By now, your priorities have changed. Repeat until 2012.

If a magnitude 8 earthquake hit the midlands of the US, would the media cover? Would Hollywood rally to the cause? Would fashionable lefties show up in droves to help? Would DC send millions in aid? For those offended by the question, it's more offensive that it merits the asking....

One of 10,000+++ reasons (understated to keep us on point) why waiting 2 years to fumigate the White House is not a good idea: What if a Conservative Supreme Court Justice meets a 'tragic end', or is legitimately incapacitated by accident or disease?
For a an early, and legal, departure of the POTUS, I'm in...you?

In George Orwell’s 1984, set in a pre-computer era, Winston Smith, working in the misnamed Ministry of Truth, alters documents that contradict or conflict with his totalitarian government’s take on history, wiping out inconvenient truths or revising them to fit the current template.

The American 'mainstream' news media, once revered as a bastion of professional journalism, hit the bottom of the barrel in 2010, reduced to 3rd rate propagandistic comic book status. Here are 10 top examples of why....

Big Labor's Snowmageddon Snit Fit - Michelle Malkin

Michelle Malkin illustrates how many americans circumvent the thuggery, undependability, expense and downright criminality of services from unionized public 'services' employees. This is not hypothetical, it's HAPPENING---right here!!

Voluntary giving empowers. We feel we 'matter.' We assert our self-reliance and independence as we help our chosen cause.

It's no accident that paying taxes, giving up our autonomy, is abhorrent, degrading, and insulting. Watching politicians bestowing our property upon their select groups in return for power and self-agrandizement is belittling and destructive of our human spirit. And downright Evil.

----

Oh yes. Unions are for the 'little man.' Unless the 'little man' and his family get in the way of a work slowdown. ("There, there, insignficant peon or bourgeois exploiter who pays the taxes for my astronomical wages, benefits and pensions, this is all for a 'higher' cause. Know what I mean?"). Remember, these mafia-like organizations could not exist without monopoly protection from---guess who---the Feds.

Liberal Star Blogger Ezra Klein: ‘Constitution Has No Binding Power on Anything’; Confusing Because.
www.breitbart.tv
He's their best and brightest.

The stupidity is sorry enough. The arrogance is embarassing. Does the same insipidness apply to the works of Aristotle? The Holy Bible? Shakespeare? The Declaration of Independence? The Emancipation Proclamation? Damage to minds of adolescents and college kids is tragic. When education was real, this guy would still be in the 6th grad...e...

Re: The NYC snow Removal Slowdown

Not that Union bosses and their pandering apologists care, but isn't a 'secret protest' an oxymoron? Since they weren't seeking publicity for their 'cause', what WERE they doing? I suggest we listen, and as the Duke said, 'Listen tight.' Then act knowledgeably, and more important, appropriately with full resolve. No quarter.

Why, regardless of cataclysmic failures,, millions of fatalities, grinding poverty, paper-thin fantasy-filled arguments, you can't kill Communism or its variants in any form (Progressivism, Socialism, National 'Capitalism'). It will always be with us: because some folks will always despise the independent of spirit and covet their stuff.
